This virtual meeting will use Zoom facilities.

Attending this virtual meeting requires previous registration, and the Zoom app must be downloaded and installed on the local device of the attendee before joining the meeting.

Specific instructions on how to join the meeting will be sent by email to registered participants. 

By joining to the meeting the attendees will consent to recording media being made of the meeting sessions and to these recordings being used by NUVA organisers for the purposes of publishing in NUVA web pages.

The published scientific program displays all times in CEST. During the week of the workshop, this time is UTC+2.
